Welcome to Prenatal to Cradle!

My mission is to help parents to have the foundation and knowledge they need in order to feel empowered, confident, and prepared to bring their babies into the world. I want to teach you how to be both physically & mentally prepared whether this is your 1st or 5th baby and to be able to advocate for quality care in every situation. All the information presented is evidence-based, backed with experience and faith and taught by a L&D nurse with 10 years of perinatal experience and mom of 2.

Feel free to email me with any questions, any time :)

Mama Reviews

Grayson says

"Prenatal to Cradle was extremely helpful in providing information for many of the possibilities of labor! I feel like I have a better understanding of various interventions, coping strategies, and care for myself from pregnancy to postpartum. It’s also extremely helpful for someone like me who has an unpredictable schedule since you can complete the class at your own pace. And the one-on-one session was very insightful too! I feel much more prepared going into the unknowns of labor.”

Tiffani says

"Kate has so much passion surrounding pregnancy and birth and it shows in all of her videos. As a soon-to-be second time mom, I loved learning about the different types of births I didn’t experience the first time around. She also meets with you one-on-one, which was so helpful. She’s had two babies of her own, so I loved hearing about her individual experiences. This course is very recommended, especially for mothers not knowing what to expect."

Abbey says

"Nurse Kate is the best! From prepping your house and hospital bag to holding your baby for the first time, her courses give you information and tips that not only she knows from a labor and delivery nurse standpoint, but as a mom of 2 kids herself! I have more confidence going into my first delivery after my one-on-one calls with Kate and watching her courses (they were so helpful I watched them twice!) Highly recommend!"

Hi, I’m Kate!

I am first and foremost a wife to my amazing hubby and mama to my two beautiful kiddos.

My passion is educating and supporting expecting parents. I have 10 years of perinatal experience. I worked in a Birth Center for 7 years and as a L&D nurse in-hospital for 3 years. Since having my two babies I have had the amazing privilege of staying home during the day and teaching pregnancy classes to expecting parents in the evenings.

I am glad you are here and hope you learn something new!
